RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products from Comancha.us

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of delivery.
• Please contact customer service before sending your return/exchange in at comancha@onet.eu.
• Return to us your unworn or unused purchase, complete with original hang tags attached.  The item must not have an odor, stains or damaged in anyway.  Must be in new condition as when you received it.
• We do not refund shipping fees or cover the cost to ship the product back for returns.

Please mail your returns via UPS or USPS with insurance for your protection.  Indicate if you are doing a return or exchange.  To expedite handling please include your order # on the package.

When Returning Merchandise to COMANCHA.US from Outside the U.S.A. (Including Canada): Please declare items as US goods being returned to the manufacturer so that your package does not incur duties. We cannot be responsible for any duties and taxes levied on merchandise and/or any returns or exchanges held in Customs. Please include correct shipping & handling for exchange.
